The Real Music Series returned in 2023 with six weeks of tribute acts performed at Stanleyville Theater in January & February.
Event Details
Taking place on Tuesdays through Sundays from January 17 through February 26, 2023, Real Music Series featured six different tribute acts representing several different genres of music. Performances were held in Stanleyville Theater, with two shows per day at 11:30 a.m. and 1:30 p.m. Concerts were included with park admission.
The Real Music Series 2023 lineup:
- The Kings of Queen – January 17 – 22
- Face 2 Face (Elton John & Bill Joel Tribute) – January 24 – 29
- Foreigners Journey – January 31 – February 5
- Steve Michaels as Elvis – February 7 – 12
- Direct from Sweden (ABBA Tribute) – February 14 – 19
- The Purple Xperience (Prince Tribute) February 21 – 26
As part of the Monthly Rewards program, Busch Gardens Tampa annual pass members received early entry for each of the shows, giving them access to the best seats before other guests.
History
In early November 2022, the Events page of the park’s website was updated with a number of events for 2023, including the return of the Real Music Series. The dates listed for Real Music Series 2023 were Tuesday – Sunday from January 17 through February 26, 2023.
By the end of the first week of January 2023, the full lineup of acts was announced.
