The 2010 edition of Real Music Series at Busch Gardens Tampa ran Wednesday through Saturdays from January 13 to March 20. There were three shows scheduled per day at 11 a.m., 1 p.m. and 3:30 p.m.

- Chubby Checker and the Wild Cats – February 24 – 27
- Osmond Brothers – March 3 – 6
- Davy Jones – March 10 – 13
- 5th Dimension – March 17 – 20
