In 2012, Bands, Brew & BBQ expanded to both Saturdays and Sundays from noon to 5:30 p.m. beginning February 11 and wrapping up March 4. Along with a variety of barbecue dishes and beers available for purchase, headlining concerts were held each Sunday.

- February 26 – 38 Special
- March 4 – REO Speedwagon
VIP tickets were available allowing guests access to reserved seating section front and center for the concerts, along with a meal certificate valid at counter service restaurant or festival booths for an entree, side or dessert, and non-alcoholic drink.
Along with a special food booth featuring barbecue items from Busch Gardens’ own in house team, several local restaurants also had kiosks serving up favorite dishes just as they had in 2011.
