In 2010, the name of the event changed from Bud & BBQ to Bands, Brew & BBQ. This was due at least in part to the sale of the parks from the larger beer company InBev, which had previously purchased the entire Anheuser-Busch company.
Just as it had in 2009, the event at Busch Gardens Tampa ran on Sundays in February. At SeaWorld Orlando, Bands, Brew & BBQ ran on Saturdays in February, and while the event shared the same name and general theme, it featured different musical acts.
At Busch Gardens, the lineup for Bands, Brew & BBQ 2010 included:

- February 14 – Willie Nelson
- February 21 – Huey Lewis and the News
- February 28 – Pat Benatar & Neil Giraldo
