Debuting in May 2018, Let’s Play Together! brings seven favorite Sesame Street characters to the stage in a fun, energetic performance featuring singing and dancing.

Storyline
Let’s Play Together! brings seven Sesame Street characters to the Sunny Day Theater in a 20-minute performance full of singing, dancing, and audience interaction. Elmo acts as a host of sorts and is joined by Bert, Ernie, Grover, Cookie Monster, Abby Cadabby and Rosita.
The characters encourage guests to sing and dance along, with the central theme of play also touching on topics like counting, cooperation, and diversity. Along with the action on the stage, characters frequently come out into the aisles to perform as well.

History
Pre-production for the new show began in January 2018, with Sesame Workshop creating the concepts, content, and music. The park then produces the show in-house, including the choreography. The show opened on May 5, 2018, replacing A is for Africa, which closed the prior weekend. Let’s Play Together! will also replace the seasonal Elmo Rocks!
Let’s Play Together returned for the 2019 season on Thursday, January 10 following the Christmas season.
On April 13 & 14, 2019, special sensory-friendly performances were held at 10 a.m. each morning. Following the show, the recently added character Julia met with guests on stage.
