A new event was added to the lineup in 2020 – Mardi Gras Weekend. On February 22 – 23, 2020, guests were able to enjoy special entertainment including live music, plus try some limited-time food & beverage offerings.
Menu items included shrimp po’boy, jambalaya, beignets, and special Mardi Gras themed cupcakes. Cocktails included a classic hurricane or signature Mardi Gras Kiss. A couple of special beer offerings were also available, including Abita Purple Haze or Big Easy IPA.
The event was held in the Moroccan Palace Plaza and ran from noon to 7 p.m. on both days.
