At the hard hat tour held for media in January 2010, the park’s executive vice-president and general manager Donnie Mills said “Busch Gardens for a long time has had a wonderful inventory of roller coasters, arguably the strongest in the Southeast. But we didn’t have your child’s first coaster ride. With Air Grover, we do.”
